Synopsis

DEFINITION OF THE TERM: Entrepreneurial orientation is the operationalisation of the entrepreneurship of companies, which means it is an expression of their attitudes, strategic processes, and decision-making methods.
HISTORICAL ANALYSIS OF THE TERM: Companies with entrepreneurial orientation are focused on rapid growth based on anticipating future trends and implementing market innovations.
DISCUSSION OF THE TERM: There are three primary dimensions to entrepreneurial orientation: innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking.
